We email your room
Usually within a few hours, with your room, your price and how to pay. Sending the form doesn't commit you to pay.
Pay your deposit
By bank transfer. Your place is confirmed in writing as soon as it arrives. The balance is due before the event, on a date we'll give you.

- Travel to the venue (there's parking on site)
- Travel insurance
Your money is protected
Your payments are protected by our insolvency insurance, as required for package holidays. If the Sanctuary doesn't go ahead, you get a full refund.
